Helen Eng and Lori Laporte talk with Small Town Times editor Dave Dale about the late Ed Eng, local restauranteur and internationally renown advertising photographer. Helen remembers her husband for his humble ways and passion for learning regardless of his achievements. Lori is a long-time family friend who worked at their Dragon’s restaurant on Lakeshore Drive, as well as the Old Chicago on Main Street and also as a model for his photography. Ed passed away due to cancer in 2017 and would have turned 77 this December.
