Meet Uphar, from Punjab, India. He has come to Canada to study marketing at Nipissing University to earn a post-baccalaureate diploma. Uphar, who is working at Clark Communications as an intern, describes why and how he came to arrive in North Bay, Ontario, Canada this fall. Near the middle of the interview, the conversation turns to the controversy this fall when a number of students had trouble finding affordable accommodations.
