Have you ever considered the usage of water in your home? This episode discusses how water is used and why not all water is considered “drinking water”. The majority of water usage in a home goes down the drain and is not consumed. The quality of water you flush down your toilet does not need to be the same as the water you use to make your coffee every morning. Drinking Water should be “potable” and “purified” meaning that it is treated to a level suitable for human consumption according to provincial and Canadian regulations.
